Im now at a crossroad. Im 7 weeks into a keto diet and have lost 26lb so far and very happy with the results. Im trying to achieve a thick cut dense look at the moment cos its summer so not worrying to much about bulking. Ive been lifting for 3 years with a 3 year break and now been lifting again for a year again. My stats are:

All natural never touched any PH or steroids .
I currently do 4 weight sessions a week and 5+ cardio sessions a week. Have only been taking the standard supplements fish oil, whey, multi vit, ZMA. FOr the first 4 weeks took mitotropin and then a bottle of lipo 6x. Dont know how usefull the products were but it may have helped.

Im not sure is it best to carry on this process considering the weight loss has slowed or go for a lean bulk with a mild PH like primodial performance Dermacrine then cut again?
