    sweet and late night cravings????

    i have been getting some pretty big sweet cravings latley since i have really started watching my diet. i also tend to wake up around 1 and rummage through the fridge half comatosed and eat what i please with out thinking.

    just wanted to know what you guys do for your sweet cravings and what you do for late night hunger. its getting be a big issue and i dont like cheating on my diet all that much so any way around this so i can have my "cake" and eat it to.

    eat every 3 hours no sugars

    SF popsicles work well
    SF jello
    make a casein shake and put in the fridge before sleep

    Have a good chocolate protein powder, I use personally Max Pro for one of my proteins in chocolate and put two scoops in and like 6-7 pieces of ice and a cup of milk and it tastes like a milk shake but in this case its good for you and a perfect combo.........

    i do something similar to mack

    this is the shake i make when i'm having cravings, in fact i'm about to make one

    1.5c Mootopia 18g protein 9g carbs 135cal
    2Tbsp SF chocolate syrup 6g carbs 30cal
    ice
    1Tbsp instant coffee

    altogether makes around 2.5cups of shake 18g protein 15g carbs 165cal

    good ones. i use splenda when ever i make stuff so ive been trying to find low card deserts that i can make with splenda to take the "edge" off.

    what els do you guys have up your sleves ??? anything to help with carb like food cravings ??
