    new breakfast....

    ive decided to eat somthing new for breakfast as i was getting bored of what i had and i plan to change tomorrow! i was just wondering if u could tell me if this is suitable...

    serving size 75g

    the values are per 100g....
    protein 13.5g, carbs70.3g (of which sugars 1g), fat4.6g (of which saturated 0.8g), also has a high content of fibre.

    is this ok??????

    what are you eating now and what is this taking place of?
    what are you current stats?
    what are your current goals with this diet?
    serving size is 75g but valuas are for 100g, little confues here, is that how much you are planning ono having?
    what is the food?
    your question is poorly explained and you need to anser these so you can get your question answered
