I'm confused. Does the advice in this section assume everyone here is on an AAS cycle
When people give advice here, do they assume the person asking for advice is natural or on gear? I am pretty much an expert when it comes to nutrition for naturals, but I plan on starting my first cycle of test in a week and a half and am not sure how to adjust my diet based on this

what are your goals.. if your an expert you should know what to do!... really no difference.. if you want to bulk start upping 500 cals daily until you are gaining what you desire on a weekly basis.

well I know what macros are right for me if I want to do a lean bulk without gear, but Ive read somewhere that calories should be increased by 20% of what I am doing now. any truth to this? I know I need to eat more on cycle, which is music to my ears, but im not sure exactly how much since I dont want to get fat

be safe and just go 500 cals daily and see what happens

500 over maintenance? that sounds logical

yea i mean it depends what kind of metabolism you have too.. if you gain weight easily and are on gear id go 500 cals daily and just play with the numbers yourself.

I am speaking more towards cutting, a bodybuilder under 10% bf looking to get leaner can get away with far less calories if he is on gear as opposed to the natural guys without losing muscle.

BTW- ETR, I do agree with 99% of what you say around here. I usually only comment if I have a contrarian view to whats already being said.

Addendum, I think you will also find many lovers of Tren will claim it has great nutrient partitioning effects which can allow someone to take in more calories than a natural guy without wearing it as fat.

doesnt testosterone also allow someone to consume much more calories without the fear of putting on as much fat? isnt that one of its greatest benefits?

basically, and without getting into clinical trials, Testosterone allows the body to synthesis MORE protein then it can normally..... given that you consume the CORRECT amount of protein, carbs, and good fats.......... Steroids do NOT allow you to eat Crappy and gain muscles.........LOLOL

If you want to add 700 calories why not add them in the form of clean foods and get some benefit from it.

well thats what i would do most of the time. but i was under the impression that you have more room for a small cheat meal every here and there on gear since you have room for more calories. I always eat 100% clean now with maybe 1 unplanned cheat meal per week so eating clean has become easy for me. im just wondering if I have more room for enjoyment
