diet critique please
meal 1- cup of wight control protien and a protien shake
meal 2- 8 egg whites and an orange
meal 3- chiken breast and some veggies
meal 4- chiken breast and some pasta
meal 5- chicken breast and some brown rice
meal 6- 2 cans some solid white albacore tuna right out the can
meal 7- pwo shake
meal 8- this meal varies but has a solid protien source with some veggies and rice or a pasta
i drink a gallon plus of water every day
i wake up at 730 am and go to bed around 11 all meals are within 2 to 3 hours apart exept meals after protien shake
stats are 6'1 230 about 10-12% bf 26 years old goal i am a pool tech so i am pretty active through out the day my goal is a clean bulk and i am 3 weeks into a test, deca , drol cycle any advice you may have will be appreciated

yup... also do this math for me
bmr 370 + (21.6 x lbm in kg)
