Is turkey bacon bad for you? Does it have protein?

Hell yeah it has protein. I eat it all the time. It's fine unless your watching sodium intake.

Hey Chinup's....It all depends on what you consider "bad for you"? Most processed meats are cured with nitrites. Nitrites are carcinogens, which are cancer causing. Turkey bacon is generally eaten by people who are looking for a lower fat substitute for pork bacon. Turkey bacon is lower in fat and I believe the equivalant to pork bacon in protein content.
