    liq. ques.

    whats up jamy! Im just curious. How many empty calories are in the last 3 vodkas I just drank?

    I have friends from out of town that I met on my bach. party and my friends and I are taking them out tonight. They are not here yet so I thought Id have a few before hand.

    I only do this a few times a year, so dont kill me, lol!!!!

    enjoy it but dont make it a habbit... it will inhibit gains, is 7 calories per gram, has no nutritional value, and makes me get munchies so i eat my ass off with no self control

    iv been told it's 8 cal per gram.. who gives a shit.. it's bad for you.. keep it to a minimum..
