    What Percentage of your caloroes come from fat?

    Wondering what kind of percentage for fats/carbs/ pro you guys use. I need A High calorie high protein diet and my split will be

    % of Calories from fat / carbs / protein
    25 / 35 / 40

    Hoping 25% from fat is not too high
    What do you guys tHINK?

    Started 500mg Cyp for 14 weeks

    I would suggest you 20 fat, 40 carbo, 40 pro, but if the calories of your diet are very high 40 pro may be too much. Than it's better 25,40,35.

    soo you need a high calorie diet?? how high?? what's your bmr/tdee?? full stats??
