Umm im not the best person to give you advice because im still working on my diet so far. but i can tell you the protein shake in meal 6 needs to be replaced with a lean meat. maybe turkey cause its your last meal. also post your stats height weight BF age and maybe push your workout between meals 4-5 if possible.

My suggestions would include:
Increase your fat intake by roughly 30g/day you could easily do this by just taking 5 fish oil caps with each meal (30/day)
Eliminate the pasta, it could be worse but there are better sources for carbs, like the other ones your already consuming
Can you keep your macros where ever you want but make adjustments to allow you to get in a 7th meal? It looks like you work out very late then go to bed right after lifting. If your awake for a few hours after your PWO meal it would be beneficial to eat a protein/fat meal right before bed (the ideal protein source would be a lean red meat such as London Broil), don't forget/ignore to eat fat with this (EVOO, Fish Oil, Walnut Oil, Almond Oil)
Ever try carb cycling? If done right it usually produces good results. If you're not interested in that approach why not something more conventional like a 20/40/40 (fat, carb, protein) ratio.
For PWO I like egg whites and oatmeal (just my preference)

your cal intake looks good as long as it is a decrease in what you are CURRENTly intaking
