Need to lose a few more pounds
Hey guys i have a few pounds to lose ( 6lbs ) and i will be trying to lose them in 3 weeks. please comment on my diet
6:00
Oatmeal
Banana
Whey
9:00
Cottage Cheese
12:00
Tuna Can
2:30
Lean Beef
3:30 ( post workout )
Fruit
2 whey scoops
4:30
Tuna Can
White rice
Flax
7:30
Tuna Can
Veggies
10:00
4 egg whites
I weight 184 lbs. I will be supplementing with 30 grams of glutamine daily

You need only 10g aday of glutamine 30g is excessive.Diet looks ok but you need to workout the grams you will be consuming because it will make a big difference to you daily cals

I suggest dropping dairy altogether !! that lil thing may do it for you !

you should not have a problem droppin those six pounds on that diet.

If you having trouble with that last little bit, replace the rice and oatmeal for a while and see if your carbs are throwing you off.
Do you weigh your meals? I find that i have no clue what a real ounce is when im hungry LOL
