    cornflake crumbs on chicken

    I tries dipping my chicken breast in egg then in cornflake crumbs. I love the taste. How bad is the cornflake crumbs?

    6 tablespoons per serving:
    120 calories
    29 carbs
    3 sugars
    2 protein
