Morning Vs. Afternoon workout diet..
IM new at the game just want to get some advice on the difference in diet compaired to workin in the PM to the AM.....I have to work out at 4am because of schedule..ive pretty much gone off the diet in your example diet plans plus or minus a little, but i start my diet at 7am as stated in the examples...just wonderin if i need to add to it earlier with something like a protein shake or keep it the same..

You work out at 4am but do not start eating till 7am? unless it is cardio then you should have a good amount of food to replenish glycogen levels before you work out.

wts ur training purpose? muscle mass? lower BF? keep in shape? something else?

the two most important meals are pre workout and post workout, regardless of what time it is when you train

your anabolic window after yo workout is actually about 24 hours. it is important to eat breakfast and postworkout meals, however neglecting other meals will do virtually the same damage. I would not put a certain stress on one set of meals over another. when you are striving for a perfect physique, you must have a perfect diet. when just eating to be healthy it is another story.

obviously every meal counts......but i would never miss breakfast or after training..
