    Cutting

I have been on this diet for 1 week 3 days and I have lost 6lbs. I just wanted to know if it is okay.

    Meal #1

    4 egg whites
    1 scoop whey 26g
    2x ***** 3 fish oil 600mg

    Meal #2

    Chicken Breast 6-8oz guesstimate

    Meal #3

    Tuna 32g
Multi Grain W/Flax Sandwich wrap 9g pro 8g fiber 9g carb

    Meal #4

    1-2 scoop protein shake 26-52g

    Meal #5

    Chicken breast 4-6 oz

    Meal #6

    Tuna Wrap

    Calories are around 1800

    Total pro around 200g
    carb around 20g
    fats 20g

1 day a week I have a medium Baked potato 40g carbs Substitute for the Sandwich wrap.

I am not really counting calories since I am doing low carbs. It seams to be working well as I stated before I am down 6 pounds in 1 week. If anyone would suggest adding or removing anything please let me know.

Another Quick Question is it ok to add cheese to a wrap seeings how it is low carb diet? The fats shouldnt be a factor if I am not eating any carbs correct?

Not to be downer, but that 6lbs you lost was probably just a lot of water weight from cutting carbs.

I would still count cals even on low carb.

Your fats are ridiculously low for a low carb diet.

    Is meal 3 pre-wo?

Are you planning on having any re-feeds?

Meal #3 is usually what I eat before my workout. I never counted the calories. I was guessing it is around 1800 cals.

Counting calories is a MUST, not only so you know how much you are taking in but its necessarry to gauge how adjustments are working. You also need to invest in a food scale. Guessing the portions of your meals is not a good idea.
