Hey,

I've been eating some of those protein bars occassionally as meal replacements, and they say they have a small amount of "net impact carbs" amongst a larger amount of carbs

The for example, the bar I usually eat says it has a total of 22g of total carbs,
for which 19g are sugar alcohols, 0.5g is fiber and the rest is 2.5g of "impact carbs"

I often write down the number of grams of carbs, fat and protein I eat to keep track of how many calories I take in using a spread sheet on excel to calculate an estimation of calories.

Do you think I could really disregard the stuff thats not an "impact carb" in the protein bars, or would it be best to add those in my calculation of caloric intake?
