I have read somewhere that eating protein helps you loose weight!

It is said to send a message to the brain to release a chemical that helps you loose weight!

I think it is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone which then stimulates the thyroid to release/produce throxine and triiodothyronine!

These then boost metabolism!

Or the chemical might be Human Growth Hormone !

There are foods that are rich in HGH producing chemicals and precursors!

Is this true?

It was on the television but i did not see it!
