my before and after ( bulk )

im looking to tone up and drop a layer of fat i have hovering all over the place :P . ive been doing the weight gainer bulk along with a super high diet.. ridiculous i know but my main goal was just to get strong and big. Anyways ill show a sample diet i usually have and one i will start now.

Average day :
breakfast
2 scoops weight gainer ( 500 calories )
1 scoop protein Whey isolates
4 boiled eggs
piece of fruit
natural pntbutter sandwhich on whole wheat bread

snack
whole grain bar
glass of milk
probably a cookie or so.

lunch
2 big steaks
vegetables
2 potatoes
etc

snack
weight gainer
protein shake
egg or whole grain muffin

dinner
roast
mashed potatoes or rice
veggies
gravy etc

drinks of day are usually: diet sodas , or crystal light and water..
Horrible i know. I think something like this would be ok , and keep high protein to prevent cannabolism..

Break fast
protein shake
plain oatmeal
fruit

snack
protein powder or bar
veggies with rice

lunch
steak or some form of meat
with plain rice or 2 yams
+ veggies

snack
flax seed bread with peanutbutter

dinner
form of meat + veggies or salad
and small amount of carbs / rice.

Bedtime snack 8pm
bannana protein smoothie with flax seed


could really use some advice, i read alot of nutrition facts and the stickys, i just know how to lift but nutrition i cant seem to understand
