My starter Diet
I am just getting back into working out and dieting after a long time off. Here is the diet I am going to start with to try and cut some BF. the link below is a video of where I am at right now.
Meal 1
5 egg whites,1 egg, 1 cup oats
Workout
Meal 2
1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop of glyco maize, 10oz rice milk
Meal 3
1 cup of brown rice or pasta and .33lb of lean beef or turkey
Meal 4
half a head of lettuce, spinach, baby greens, raw broccoli, 10oz chicken breast, oil vinegar dressing
Meal 5
8oz either tilapia or salmon, mini salad with spinach and romane, 1 cup broccoli
This comes out to 2450 cals, 66g fat, 160 carbs, 37 protein. I am only drinking the PWO shake Mon-wed-fri when i lift, all other days will be a cardio workout with sundays off

IMO the protein could come up 50g and the fat could come down 50g... right now your protein is only roughly 35%, carbs are roughly 25% which I believe is ok for a cut, and fat is roughly 40%. Strange macros IMO with fat being higher than protein.
Maybe consider shooting for something closer to 40/40/20. I personally am going with a 50/30/20 split starting tomorrow. I'll post progress in 3-4 weeks.
Keep us up to date on your progress as well!

is your workout lifting or cardio? i agree with gbrice75, reduce your fat intake and increase your protein, i would add a sixth meal.
