stick to tun a lite which hhas half less merc. i recon u ud die first from the bad taste then from the mercury lol

i never eat tuna out of the can anymore but i usually eat 1 or 2 tuna steaks a week as well as salmon, cod, orange roughy and a few other kinds

Stick to the chunk light...it has much less mercury in it than the solid white

According to FDA health standards, you can safely eat 5.7 ounces of Albacore tuna per week (assuming that every can of tuna has an average amount of mercury*).
