Diet while on cycle?
Okay I have a few questions about how to eat on cycle.
Stats
age 25
height 6'
weight 185 now currently on cycle 175 when started. (starting 4th week of test only cycle 600mgs a week)
bf 15%
My LBM is 147
My BMR is 1813.09
I figured this at my starting weight 175lb
My questions are do I adjust my calories to my new weight while on cycle or according to the weight I started at.
I would like to hit about 195 ultimately and maybe 10% bf.
Diet:
Morning shake with 1 cup of oatmeal and scoop of peanut butter 6:30am
Meal 1- packet of plain oatmeal or grits and 2 cans of tuna 9:30am
Meal 2- rice or baked potato with a chicken breast 12:30pm
bowl of grits before workout
workout 3:00pm
shake right after
snack hour after pack of tuna
Meal 3-rice or baked potato and eithwr chicken breast or real lean ground beef with some veggies 5:30pm
protein shake before bed
in between meals ill snack on rice cakes, chees cubes, peanut butter, peanuts, cottage cheese sometimes. etc
Any help would be appreciated im seeing good results but I would like to be leaner and not lose muscle gettin there.

You dont make much sense bro. Do u wann loose weight or gain weight?
Ur sayin u wann b leaner but have put on 10 Lbs? Whats ur goals?

No I dont know. The above diet is what I have been eating but I have been on here all day looking at the diet section and have found alot of good knowledge as usual but it can be confusing at times. I figured out my bmr and did all those good numbers actually by reading a post you made on another persons page but im just now getting to breaking down my food into the cals/pro/fats/carbs like most seem to do. Any suggestions or help would be good just want to get best results.

Overall goal as I think I mentioned would be 195 and 10% for now. Tryin to shoot for a realistic goal then go from there.

To be honest with you, thats not very realistic. 175 @15% to 195 @10%is the difference between an average looking guy and one who is close to being able to compete (depending upon height). You are looking at having to put on (and retain) 28 pounds of solid muscle while also losing 8lbs of bodyfat. This would be a good 3 year goal not a 3 month one. Not trying to rain on your parade just being realistic.

like fireguy said---just cut to 10% from where u are
u may be able to do that and add 5lbs of muscle with the gear
u will like the way u look

Awesome I agree I would love to be 5 pounds more and 10 percent...I don't get offended I asked and I'm glad to get honest answers I mean this is my first cycle and so I'm still learnin how things react so the more I learn the better so I guess from here to attain 5 pounds more and shoot for 10% would I need to eat 500 cal above my maitenance cals? Or where should I be I have Almost finished breaking down my meals so i'll post when I'm done

no i would shoot for around or 200-300 under tdee and warm that treadmill up

Haha ok how often should I hit cardio and how long each time would u recommend? Btw thanks to all of you posting!

do cardio everyday if u can---do 45 to an hr first thing on empty stomach---do low intensity---65% of ur max heartrate( 220-age=___x65%=where u need to b)
and if u can do 20-30min low intensity pwo do it
u do that and we get ur diet dialed in u will have no problem gettin under 10% by the end of spring

Thanks alot MG ill be getting the diet dialed in and post it in the next couple days for some tweaking.
