How do you do it,Diet-work-workout
I have read everything on board (well just about everything) watched videos my diet is great along with my work-out now I am TRT 400mg for 3 weeks then 200-250 every week there after depending on blood tests,,anyway I am 6'4 245lb about 27%bf but was 30% 2 months ago lifting 5 days 1.5-2 hours heavy and I am seeing results,not with the TRT it is to early for that yet but I am suppose to be eating 350 plus grams of protein 100 grams of carbs which I do smartly and about 30 grams of fat, what is killing me is the protein I get up 5:30 eat a bowl of oatmeal whole wheat toast, banana then the struggle begins eating enough protein my job is office 2 hours then on the road all day checking on job sites, come home eat then lift...spend time with the family....I eat at lunch Turkey breast or round turkey about 50 grams protein 2 whey drinks during the day stop at gas station buy some good protein bars, supper varing types of protein but can only get about 200 grams of protein.....help me with a plan that works best with my job and TRT

Make your food ahead of time. That is what I do.

1. use sentences
2. bring food to work
3. It helps to lift in the morning before work and have family time after work

1. Very good points, as far as the sentences; I did say I was in a hurry(lol). I do try to bring food but I should have clarified what I meant.
2. Being 240lbs how the heck can a person eat 300-350 grams of protein? Other than turkeys egg whites etc. I dont have the resourses available to bring to work. Can I have examples of a good high protein foods, easily carried around with out alot of cooler space.
3. I agree lift before work but that would me 3:30 am and i would have to be in bed quite early and would miss family time but I will work out a schedule.
