    Need advice on my diet please!!!

    Please critique this diet. I am on a Test E only cycle right now. Looking to gain mass while minimizing fat gains if not losing some fat in the process. Im 6’ 213lbs thinking roughly 18-19% BF
    My TDEE is about 2900cals Please make any changes you want to help me improve this diet. I do eat veggies but its usually asparagus or Broccoli at dinner time and that’s it.
