He took out a ton of carbs out of your diet via sugar. You've definitely got leeway to eat a damn sweet potato at 8:00 PM! However, what you really should do is have that meal at like 7:15 since it's your PPWO. Then you've got yet more time until bed if it's a psychological thing.

Muscle Milk is crap IMO - loaded with a bunch of crap and too much fat, even MM Lite. Go with straight whey PWO.
Personally I use skim milk with my PWO shake because it's just plain disgusting with water - I don't think the 12g of sugar is going to make or break anyone - it's lactose and definitely is not processed by your body in the same way fructose or sucrose is. Granted, it's still high GI but that's not horrible considering it's PWO - when else could you get away with it? I WOULD however drop it from your last meal, at that point it's too much sugar.

anyone? if you mulitply proteins (g) x4 and carbs (g) x 4 and fats (g) x 9, my calories seem to be way higher than what they would be if you add up all my macros...what am I doing wrong? I mean thats 630 calories from fats alone...
