Rapid Fat Loss Diet
I just started the rapid fat loss diet,
Here's basically what I ate today.
Meal 1: 50g Whey protein
Meal 2: 4oz Chicken Breast
Meal 3: 50g Whey protein
Meal 4: 4oz Chicken Breast and cup of green beans.
Meal 5: 2 Teaspoons of Natty PB
How does it look? Is there anything I should change?

What are your current stats? (age, height, weight, etc...see post at top regarding what information you need to provide)
What is your goal?
The diet pros on here will need that information at a minimum before they can assist you with your specific needs.

It looks like crap, because I don't see any fuel source in your diet at all. You can't just eat protein all day. Are you doing weight training as well? This diet will help you lose weight allright, but alot of it will be muscle.
There are hundreds of posts in this section with diets people have posted and others have helped them tweak; I suggest you have a look around, do some research and come back and post up a proper diet and people will then be able to help you.

Looks like your starving yourself!!!!! I learned since I asked about my diet you must eat at least 6 healthy meals a day to cut fat.Do lots of reasearch on some sample diets that lots of members have on here to cut fat or lose weight.
