    Diet for PCT (cutting cycle)

Ok, here is the deal. I'm on a caloric deficit right now. I went from 20% body fat to 15.6% in 8 weeks.

I'm on a Test. Prop/Winny cycle. Using 100mg EOD of Prop and 25mg of Winny ED. This is a low dose cycle, but since I started it, I went from 161 (16%BF) to 168 (15.6%). I've been 23 days on this cycle.

I'm currently on a Ketogenic Diet. My question is, how should I adjust my macros once I get to my PCT? I know that the popular advice is to get a surplus of calories to hold on as much as possible to the gains acquired during the cycle. I've noticed some mild, but nice solid gains in muscle while on a deficit during this cycle.

When should I start to up my carbs? One week before PCT?
Should I gain a lot of body fat while on a surplus for 3 weeks?
    Is this the right approach?

I know there are lots of questions here, but I would appreciate some insight. Not looking for detailed mapping of macros or anything, just want to know if the diet for PCT should be a deficit, mainteinance, or surplus, and what should I expect.

    You should up cals,

    10-20%

    Mild amounts of carbs

You will not gain a lot of BF in 3 weeks.

    Lower your exercion level.

Maintain your gains and get back on when you can.

Thanks a lot for your response, is is highly appreciated.

By mild amount of carbs, then I guess I should be upping my protein, then?

Since I'm currently eating 0-10g carbs per day, then I guess by mild you mean like 60-100g of carbs daily.

I would also like what do you mean by saying "get back on"? Get back on a cutting diet or on the gear?
