Interesting topic... I'm curious about what we're going to find here.
My current beakfast consists on:
10 egg whites
100g turkey breast
Olive oil, 4sec of spray (PAM)
4 slices of whole wheat bread
2 bananas
6 grams of salmon oil (caps)
And that's it.

4 whole eggs scrambled, put most of it on top of 2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/ fat free cream cheese and sprinkled with walnuts. I needed a change, I got this recipe from a Frank Zane book a friend let me borrow. (Although he uses hard boiled eggs sliced in half)

Protein powder. It can't get more simple than that.
Switch every now and then... EVERYONE gets bored of eating the same stuff every day over and over again.
I sometimes mixed protein powder with skim milk and a oatmeal cereal and just eat it in a bowl as if it were just corn flakes with chocolate milk. Great taste, simple and quick.
Or protein pancakes, but it takes longer to prepare and more patience.
