At work meal ideas.
I was planning on following this diet below but I have just been offered a job and have taken it. I am very pleased that I have got this job because now I wont have to worry about money when I am cycling and can now take the safer routes.
A.M Cardio 9-9:30/45
Meal 1: 10:00am
4 Egg Whites, 2 whole wheat bread
Workout 11:00-1:00pm
1:15pm
1 scoop syntha6
Meal 3: 2:00pm
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
Meal 2: 4:30pm
Lean Ground Beef, 50g Cottage Cheese, fruit salad
Meal 4: 7:00pm
Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice
Meal 5: 9:30pm
Lean Meat, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 6: 11:00pm
2 Scoops of Caseine Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil, salad
I have 8 hour shifts so I will be eating 2 maybe 3 meals while at work. I was wondering if you guys had any meal ideas that you may have used in the past. I would prefer something which I can make before work or the night before and just consume it without heating.
Oh and I am trying to lose as much fat as possible if that makes any difference in the meal ideas.

Canned Chicken or Tuna
Beef Jerky
Hard Boiled Eggs
Baked Chicken - cold
Protein Shakes and bars - last resort
If you don't mind cold rice you can always precook some brown rice and put it in a Tupperware container.
Also if trying to loose weight I'd use fruits that are low in sugar in your fruit salad. Peaches, Bannanas, Apples, Pears ect... No pineapples or other really sugar filled fruits.Last edited by LouHulk; 05-29-2010 at 09:56 AM.

You specify how big your portions of carbs/fats are except for the fruit salad, but you don't specify how much lean meat or what kind since they all vary in macros.
Well, you missed out on stating your TDEE & your marcos for the diet (cal/pro/carb/fat). That's going to help you figure out if any diet will fulfill your goals.Last edited by YoungGunsNY; 05-29-2010 at 10:49 AM.
