I've been tweaking my diet, trying to keep things clean and produce some nice lean gains. I've been trying to follow PCF ratio of 35/45/20, my target calories for mass gain on a workout day is 4400kl.
Trying to eat meals as follows

Morning-Pro/Carb
Mid-Morn-Pro/Fat
Lunch- Pro/Fat
Late Afternoon-Pro/Carb
PreWorkoutShake
Postworkoutshake
Dinner-Pro/Carb
Evening-Pro/Fat

Problem is eating 487g's of carbs in only 3 meals and one postworkout shake is hard.
Any you guy's got experience following a diet like this? it's trying not to induce too many insulin spikes throughout the early part of the day when i don't need as much carbs?
Does this look right or way off?
