How often should a diet be changed???
If i reached where i want to be with my weight and now just eating to maintain do i continue or switch foods??? How long is it ok to eat the same food day in day out???
Here r my stats:
Last week of PCT (1st cycle Dbol and Test E)
Age: 31
Height: 6ft 2in
Weight: 195 lbs
Body Fat: 12%
Training Experience: 10 years
Diet:
6:00 #1 2 scoops whey protein
oats 100 gr
Workout
8:15 #2 2 scoops whey protein
oats 120 gr
4 x 1000 mg fish oil caps
9:15 #3 brown rice 240 gr
chicken breast 143 gr
baby spinach leafs 40 gr
11:30 #4 yams 196 gr
chicken breast 143 gr
2:00 #5 brown rice 120 gr
chicken breast 143 gr
1 tbsp Udo's Choice
4:00 #6 yams 196 gr
chicken breast 143 gr
baby spinach leafs 40 gr
6:00 #7 chicken breast 143gr
brown rice 100 gr 180
baby spinach leafs 40 gr
8:00 #8 cottage cheese 150 gr
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp Udo's Choice
daily total 4201/406/443/95

IMO so long as the diet is producing the results you want, you never need to change the food. Boredom would be the only reason I can see.
