I'm new here and I have been doing alot of research to dial my diet in for optimum gains. Not looking to really bulk or cut, just want to eat at maintenece and change my body comp. I would love to be my current wieght @ 10%bf

Macros: 3047k cals 308g pro 250g carbs 99g fat



M1-1 whole 6 egg whites
wheat english muffin

M2- 2scoops whey 1/2 cup oats

M3-lean cuisine chicken+wheat pasta w edimame & peanut sauce (actually really good) 25 g pro 7g fat 28g carbs not bad for a frozen meal i guess.

M4-can tuna 1/4 cup almonds 2 cups spinach

WORKOUT

PWO-2scoops whey 60 Grams Dextrose

M5-8oz lean meat small sweet potato 2 cups veggies

M6- 5 whole eggs


-i put a pro-fat meal pre-workout bc I want to deplete the glycogen stored in the muscle then immediately pwo the dextrose and whey get slammed in there quickly. I'm on my 2nd week of this and feeling pretty good. Nothing is set in stone, i'm open to your suggestions.
I'm trying to make this as convienient and practical as possible so I can stick with it. Also I love beer, and I'm not giving it up...period. One thing I will be giving up is binge-drinking all night, really counter-productive I'm over it. I will allot myself 6 beers of my choice per week that is it. How does this look fellas?
