Current Diet: What can I improve on?

Age-20 (I know it's still young to be doing AAS but i'm going to finish this cycle regardless)
    Height- 5'11
    Weight- 170lbs

Currently running 600mg/ week test enth.

This is my 2nd cycle, I got bloodwork done and there were no problems from my 1st cycle.

Im currently eating around 4000-5000 calories/ day and 250g protein.

I'm not eating any bad foods, mostly eggs, whole wheat breads, fish, chicken, steaks, rice, and a variety of vegtables.

Usually I have trouble eating this much when i'm not running anything, so I might as well try to perfect my diet now.

Note: I have a high metabolism.

how much fat is in 3 cups of almonds? Also, you should eat protein with every meal.

    What is your macronutrient breakdown?

Your diet is god awful. Unbelievable that you're already cycling. You need 6-8 meals and all need to be centered around 30-50g lean protein. You should only have shakes for PWO if possible and casein or cottage cheese right before bed - all other meals should be chicken, fish, etc. In addition to the protein, all meals should have complex carbs with the largest portions coming at breakfast, pre, and post workout. In your final meals and during sedentary periods, you should eat healthy fats and veggies with protein instead. Post a new diet that somewhat resembles a BB diet with macros and we'll get you sorted out.

might as well let you know that most people can only digest 50g of protein at a time, 60g max.

Very true. It may take longer to absorb and be less efficient but there's no evidence that the body can only take in 60g at a time. It depends on many factors, including the use of aas, energy source consumed with the meal, and most importantly, LBM and being in an anabolic state.
