    need a little advice

Hello, I am 22 i am not new to weight lifting. I have been lifting since i was 16. I haven't been lifting to do comps, but for power lifting/ strong man comps. I am starting to want to get into the body building side of all this. I do have a higher bodyfat that some around 25-30. My question is should i just do a clean bulk or cut down to a lower body fat, some say around 15% or lower. just wondering.

Welcome. If you're 25-30% bodyfat, I don't think the word bulk should be in your vocabulary at all right now. Definitely cut, but don't go too low where you sacrifice LBM. Just go slow and consistent and you should start looking really good. Do you have pics to post up?

Okay thanks. Sorry I haven't been back in awhile. Been away. So what would be a good bodyfat percentage to start to bulk at?

I would cut to 10-12% and slowly, slowly start adding on lean mass.
