wondering who uses ALA post workout?

i have heard great things about its ability to shuttle nutrients directly to the muscle.

If you use it what mg do u use?

Currently post workout i use immediately after:

5 grams Arginine
6 grams Leucine
3 grams Valine
3 grams Iso-Leucine


Then 15 minutes later I take
Whey protein
Waxy maize

Think ill add 200mg ALA with my bcaas directly after!
