Help
Loving the site......So here it is.....Im 32 male...325lbs 6'4...i have hypothyroidism...no problems on going to the gym 5-6 times a week....my food intake is pretty good now...If anyone could give me a hand in creating a better diet plan...im kinda winging and would really appericate any help...also where i have hypothroidism i read that HGH could help me where its that much harder for me to loose...True?....Thx

Welcome to the board man! How can we help you make a better diet until we see your current one? Post it up here with time of day for each meal and we'll help you sort it out.
Not sure on the HGH question, i'll leave that for somebody else. My gut instinct is it's a bad idea.
