If you had taken the time to research here and concluded that you didn't find anything, then proceeded to let us know in this thread, many of us would have gladly helped you out.

okay, sorry if i had a attitude, i googled it and got it pretty much answered , as long as your taking off the fat the dark meat seems to be just as good,
