Hi guys i tried one of these keto diets already with uber failure i didnt pay enough attention or give it enough time.. i have read more on it and think i have a good basis to start off.
All critisim revisions and tips welcome
Reason for 4 meals only per day- i have school that i cannot make food in.. i am not worried about eating alot in one sitting as it wouldnt be the first time..
(once ate 129 chicken wings, another time 3.5 footlong subs)< clearly i have a big enough stomach to manage the cals.

thurs carido morning - Legs at night - possible double cardio again one after workout
Friday-AKA O MAN IMMA BE SORE LOL. Full body composed of all major movements rep till failure/ burn exercises after every body part to really hit them hard.
Not sure on carb up tbh... i know its 10x per lb body weight was assuming you just eat bulk amounts of bagels and whole wheat pasta and that good stuff. if someone can really break down carb up for me would be great.
was planning a 24hour or less carb up so i can hit a little cardio sunday and get back into keto,
also if someone can direct me to where to buy inexpensive protein+ keto stix(i wanna get it right this time)- casien and fast digesting that would be super sexy, if i missed something tell me!

Looking pretty good bro, I have no issues other than I wish you could space your meals out over 6 or more, but I understand your predicament. Give this one time to work, and post your carb up protocol once you have it figured out.

its been really tough to maintain already lol, ive done it but man.,. like i had no option last night but to eat a can of tuna and just dump olive oil in it
cause i was drivin rofl almost died tastes like asss but not good ass
