I am planning to start a keto diet shortly, and I was going to go with TOP's CKD diet at first, then a couple friends here recommended the Dave Palumbo diet.

First question: Does anyone have the link to the actual Palumbo diet? I've read bits and pieces from other members' threads, but I can't seem to find the actual Dave Palumbo Keto Diet thread.

Also, from what I've read about it, it is basically the CKD diet in reverse. Instead of 65% fat and 35% protein, the Palumbo diet is 35% fat and 65% protein. Other than that, Dave suggests having only one cheat carb meal per week rather than several hours of carb loading. Are these the only real differences?

Anything else that anyone would like to add pertaining to this diet is very welcome.

Thanks!
