    Sure, as long as you're not looking to cut bodyfat or build muscle... it's fine. I'd eat that, then go sit in front of the TV for 3-4 hours.

    Ok, all sarcasm aside - no, it's not. For starters, there's no complete protein source - and I don't wanna hear about combining peanuts and wheat... got nothing on animal protein and we all know it.

    Peanut butter is full of Fat. Fat slows the matabolism brakfast should be about get your matabolisim into overdrive for maximum ft burning.

    8 Egg Whites+100ml of Orange Juice+25g Milk Protein Powder and oats with frozen berries and skimmed milk+ 10g Chocolate Whey - this is what i eat everyday

    Fats slow digestion not metabolism. Having proper fat intake is actually essential to prevent fat hoarding and keep metabolism in overdrive. I do agree however that breakfast is about getting in some fast protein and complex carbs to fuel the day.

    if your bulking then your pb and toast along with a protien shake mixed with milk would be a better option then you get more of a compleat meal althoug like stated abouve you can do better....

    way to much peanut butter mate thats about 50g of fat!!! your breakfast should consist of a combination of oats/wholemeal bread/eggs/protein powder to meet your daily meal requirements whether you are bulking or cutting?

    I used peanut butter sometimes to make up one of my 6 daily intakes of good fats, but that was while I was on a ketogenic type diet.
