    Critique My Carb Cycle Diet

    Age:21
    weight:180lbs
    height:5'9"
    bf%:estimated 11-12%

    been dieting four weeks and hit wall so decided to carb cycle to blast through it.

    TDEE=2977

    I count my calories but do not group them into meals when I do. I eat around every hour past 5 o clock. before that every two hours so I probably get 6-10 meals a day depending on the day.

    This is what I eat in one day

    1/4 cup of mandarin oranges
    3 ounces of pork spare ribs
    23 ounces of chicken tenderloins
    12 ounces of chicken breast
    6 egg whites
    1/3 cup of brown rice (measured dry eaten pre workout)
    5 slices of bacon
    1 sheet of fruit leather
    270 grams of broccoli
    .25 cups of shredded cheddar

    macros: 90g fat - 74g carb - 305g protein -18g sugar
    suppements: 6g fish oil, 1 animalpak, 3g vitamin c

    macros stay the same every day, carb sources may change but is always whole grain or other low glycemic carb, meats might change from prk to steak and chicken to fish depending on my mood.

    carb load on the weekends

    lift weights 4-5 days a week
    run 15 minutes post workout and then 30 minutes a few hours after lifting weights.

    Mostly what I am wondering is whether or not my fat sources are good or bad. All other critique is also welcome and wanted

    90g fat is a bit high IMO. looks like u get most from meat. not good either (ribs, bacon, cheese)

    also what does ur carb load look like?

    u running 5 days of this diet above and 2 day carb load??

    what the heck is fruit leather?

    I just started Monday so i haven't loaded yet but I am planning on taking calories to 3000 fat to 30 and carbs to around 350
    What do you recommend I do about the fat intake?? How should I change it?
    and fruit leather is a Persian dessert type thing, it's basically dried pressed fruit, in this case plums. sweet and sour, I love the stuff

    not necessarily. starting 5 low os a bit aggressive and doesnt leave u anywhere really to go.

    I was cutting with clen and dropped it when I started the carb cycle, that is why I wanted to be a little more aggressive. To compensate for the clen

    .25 cups of shredded cheddar i guess u gotta be able to keep something

    personally on my low carb days i eat no starch but u can run this and see how u do i woould make the suggested changes.

    Okay but in terms of suggested changes how low should I bring fat and how should I keep them healthy. Just drink like 6 tablespoons of olive oil or something?? That would not be too appetizing but I guess I could do it lol

    fat: 20% total cals. if ur eatn 2400cals then 480cals from fat = 53g

    personally at 180lbs 12%bf IMO u should be eating closer to 2000cals NOT 2400 i dont even eat that many on a cut and i weigh 20lbs more than u..

    yeh man itd be nice to be able to get ripped on 2400cals of ribs, bacon, cheese, and sugar wouldnt it!
