I think that dumping your microwave is over reacting

Microwaves vibrate water molecules to heat things up. This is not going to kill much more nutrients than other methods. Idk what experiment you are talking about but check the source...

Dude, did you get an email about how microwaved water killed a lab plant
while distilled water (the control) didnt harm the plant? Cuz if you did that
craps going viral! I thought about not using my micro as well... dont throw
it out (u crack me up). Just try and not have left overs. If you are measuring
out your food and storing it in the fridge like i am... i dont know how else
to heat it up.... throw it in a pot and heat it on the stove? that would take
forever but how else would you w/o a micro! ?

also read that you shouldnt put a babies milk inside the microwave cuz it kills the protein and i was like wait kills protein??? what?? i grabbed my microwave went outside and put it in the recycle bin ( keeping it environmentaly real lol ) but yea now i spend a arm and leg in the city for eatting out and im the biggest pain in the ass to where i order from asking about all the nutrients ... is that u in ur avatar btw... if so good job hard work pays off keep it up ..
