Burnt calorie counting
is there anything that can tell you how many calories youve burnt in a sess or specific exercise. obviously c.v machines have cal counters but what if your doing a circuit or your sparring or supersetting,how can you tell how manys cals youve used,is there a device/watch/moniter or is there a formula

Buy a Polar heart rate monitor. They come as a strap to wear around the chest and a watch which will calculate calories based on heart rate and your weight. In tests they are the closest thing to giving an accurate reading compared to a proper VO2 max test. A basic one (FT1 model would do you).
Can also be quite interesting to wear it for 24 hours to get an idea of what your expenditure for a whole day is!
