Hey guys I haven't logged in for a long time but thought I would post up my current cycle and diet for some critique.

My stats are
24yo
5'10
180lbs
12% bf
I have done 1 previous cycle of test prop but didn't really like the sides but will try again with some adex or letro in a few years time.

My current cycle is 65mg stanozolol eod for 5 weeks and I am in my first week with hcg as my pct but don't feel shut down at all so might just use Tribulus as pct.

My diet is
Meal 1 8.30am
10 egg whites
1 scoop of whey
2oz oats
1 banana
Multi vit
Vit c
P60 c60 f2

Meal 2 11am
7oz grilled chicken
7oz green beans or broccoli
P60 c6 f7

Meal 3 2pm
Same as meal 2
P60 c6 f7

Meal 4 5pm pre workout
5oz tuna
3oz oats
P45 c50 f10

Meal 5 7.30pm post workout
Whey
Multidextrin carbs
P40 c60 f2

Meal 6 9pm
7oz grilled chicken, beef or kangaroo
Large salad or green veggies
P60 c6 f7

Meal 7 11pm
Casiene shake
Fish oil
P40 c3 f8

I train weight 5 days a week and do cardio a couple times a week after weights.
My goal is to get leaner and harder which I can already tell is starting to happen but any advise would be appreciated.

A few questions are should I increase cardio? Should I decrease carbs? Increase protein intake?

I have been dieting well similar to this before I started this cycle.
