Bulker diet for first cycle
Meal 1 Calories Pro Carb Fat
6 Egg Whites 90 18 0 0
2 Slices Turkey Bacon 70 4 0 6
1/2 Cup Oats w/ cin splenda 150 5 27 3
1 Banana 100 0 27 0
1 Tbsp EVOO 120 0 0 14
Supplements: Multi V Vit C Fish Oil
PreWO
3 Scoops Jacked + BCAAS + Creatine
Intra: 32oz *****ade + BCAAS + 1 Scoop Protein
Meal 2
3 Scoops Whey 390 72 12 4

Meal 3
8 oz Chicken w/ onions 240 48 0 4

Just a question, are you counting the calories in your fish oil, or your veggies throughout the day?

fish oil pills are about 10 calories per pill. This isn't a huge deal, but I count them.
