    Help with breakfast plz

    Hi,

Right, well my official diet/cut starts today and I'm struggling with breakfast, today I had, 1/2 cup oats, heaped scoop of nutrisport 90+ with water and it's hard to drink n I dnt feel like I have eaten so, can I turn the above into cookies/flapjacks? I have seen posts and tried to make them before but they turn real sticky or runny...

Does anybody have the perfect recipe for me to get the above ingredients in?

    Thank you

Mix ur oats and whey, then add only just enough water to make the mix stick together

Spread the mixture out on a large plate, put raspberrys and splenda on top

Microwave for 5 mins on full

I have ate these pancakes for over ten years and have had great success for years with it just DON'T burn the pancakes you will ruin the protein in them, use a non flavored cooking spray, and they will cook up fast and taste great.

1 egg and 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop vanilla whey (my favorite but you could use strawberry or another fruit flavor) 1/4 cup nonfat plain or plain greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspn. cinnamon, 1/2 packet of spenda ( I rarely do this )

Mix all together, sometimes I use a blender for the eggs, it just makes them fluffier, and spray a little non-stick spray and go. For topping I like a handful of blueberries with a couple of raspberries just mashed in a bowl for topping.

I do make several batches at once and freeze them, and normally heat them in a toaster, they have never been soft or mushy, good luck.

I like the idea of making them up in batches, freezing them and then cooking in the toaster

I will defo be trying this with the pancakes i make

    1 cup oats (ground up)
    1 cup egg whites

Simple but nice with citrus fruit juice and berrys

You do not have to have breakfast food for breakfast.

Try eating a dinner meal for breakfast or a lunch meal for breakfast a couple of times a week.

Its so funny how our brains get so hardwired.

Shit I'll eat chicken and rice for breakfast, steak and potatoes. Then eat eggs and oats for dinner.

Well not anymore because I am vegan, but i used to.

Yes, yes, yes. I thought these were a Damien original right down to the yogurt but apparently you're a pretty cool dude. I actually can't recall the last time I had plain old eggs/whites. When I'm doing a keto cut, I restrict the yogurt, berries, and sweetener and just whip up the scoop of protein with 2 whole eggs and throw it in the pan. I turn on the broiler and finish it in there to avoid a potentially catastrophic flip and I top it with my berries. Top with some natural peanut butter and it's the sweetest, creamiest, most delicious breakfast a carb-restricted dieter will ever know.

I put some water in my oats, take in microwave, 3 minutes, ad 1/2 cup cottage cheese (fat-free) on the top, and my whey I like with milk (fat free and lactose free) and some eggs.
