Opinion on my post workout meal
I will throw ( I put everything in a blender and drink it ) in a scoop of size on creatine, 2 cups of milk, 1 bananna, 1/2 a cup of oats, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 tbs of pb. I am trying to bulk up at the moment. How do you guys think this is? Should I change anything?

TBH id rather see it a simple oats and whey shake, milk if you wish
You could add some waxi maze aswell but TBH i like to keep PWO simple and to the point

I agree with Base. Your shake doesn't sound like it tastes very good. Get yourself some whey and have a shake with that and oats or waxy maize. Since you already have the sizeon you can have that too, but please don't mix them together (ew)

Agreed, that's a ton of sh!t. Do you even know the macros for that meal? Do you have any idea how much you're eating?

Just looking at this, 700-800 cal shake? And a PWO shake at that? Do you feel there is enough muscle recovery/building ingredients in there? Or the right ones?
