26 grams of whey protein, 4 whole eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 tbsp. PB I'd do 1-2 whole eggs and 8-10 whites. No need for the shake. If you still want to keep the shake, just have 2 whole eggs - no need for this much fat or protein here.
(2 fish oil caps, 2 amino acid caps)

    Meal Two
1 cups of brown rice, 6 whole eggs, veggies 50g of carbs AND 35g of fat? Ridiculous. Just do 8-10 whites and 2 whole eggs or another lean protein.
    714 / 52g /34g /48g

    Meal Three
8 oz. sweet potato, 8 oz. steak (or salmon), and vegetables Nice
    609 / 74g / 10g / 54g

    Meal Four
12 oz. sweet potato, 8 oz. chicken (or fish), and vegetables Macros are off. Good meal but I think 8 oz. would be sufficient for the sweet potato portion
    843 / 80g / 24g / 78g

    Meal Five (Post Workout)
50 grams of whey protein and 100 grams of simple carbohydrates I'd ideally say screw the 2:1 pro:carb ratio PWO and just do 1 scoop of whey with maybe 20-30g carbs from waxy maize or even 1/2 cup oats. Then, right when you get home, have a cup of brown rice and 4 oz. of lean protein. I don't like the idea of going to bed only on casein, whey, and simple carbs.
    560 101g / 0g / 45g

    Meal Six
50 grams of casein protein and 2 tbsp. Yogurt Remove the yogurt, add 2 tablespoons of natural PB or 20g of fat via another source you like.
(2 fish oil caps, 2 amino acid caps)
    354 / 4g / 10g / 62g

    Totals: 3721 calories, 370 carbs / 93 fats / 351 protein

Bold. Nice diet. You sound like you're in good shape and some fat/water won't kill you but I think 10 whole eggs in meals containing a lot of carbs as energy is pushing it. Stick to the basics, save the fat intake for later in the day with that casein shake to help you during the night.

No it's mine you can't have it!

Yea looking at it now, it looks pretty messed up, take some carbs off of meal 4 for sure!

either way, thats my rough sketch, in the next 3 months as i get into my cycle i will probobly lower carbs a bit and raise protein.

Thanks for the advice, yea i guess i'll have to take out the yogurt and fix the eggs. But i love them both so much haha.

So i'm not alone! I hate going to bed on just protein(bit of fat). I NEED carbs within 2hrs of sleep, or i feel like i'll lose muscle! I'll definitely change that.

Not trying to doubt you bro, but i'd like to see some pics of 185lbs @ 8%. We're the same height, so if that's truly where you're at, I want to get an idea of what i'm looking at if I can manage keep my head on straight for a few months without deviation. =)
