I eat a shitload of almonds
Is it a bad thing? i have many handfulls a day. probably like 200g or more. Almonds are high in fats and extremely caloric. I am currently bulking but is it a bad thing? Should i cut the almonds out?

Do you account for the calories? Doesn't sound like it. Try adding up how many calories and grams of fat you're actually taking in. If it puts your total calories for the day way over the top, then yes - you have to reduce or remove them. What are your goals?

agree with above
as nutrient dense as almonds i would think that you would be satiated to the point where it would be hard to overeat with them especially on bulk..
aint like you got a bag o chips in tote

Definitely true, Thats allot of almonds just to be munching on. Normally almonds are filled with so much fiber, they make you feel fuller longer. Try and get an accurate idea in calories, fat, protein etc.

If you're maintaining a proper diet, there's nothing you should just be grabbing handfuls of without knowing what you're really eating, almonds or otherwise.
