6am to 7am 1 1/2 cup of cereal with one cup of whole milk. 406 calories
7am to 11am 3 cups of quick oats with one cup of Whole milk ,one banana & apple chopped up.comes out to around 1200 to 1300 calories.
12pm to 4pm 3 pbj sandwiches on white bread 900 to 1000 calories
4pm to 8pm Its hard to document what I eat but im taking in maybe 1000 to 1500 calories.
8pm to 12am 3 cups of white rice with half of cup of butter
