This question prob gets asked a lot...

Where does everone find the time to eat 6-7 small meals a day while working a busy job. I'm a union worker and we can't stop to eat 3 times a day durring work.

what is the best advice of when or how to eat durring the day for guys like me (minus lunch) obvi get to have lunch break.

Shakes are not possible durring work either.

    conundrum

I don't have a problem taking the time to eat. I have a problem making the time to prepare. I constantly run out of chicken during the week.

Sorry to hear you have a job that doesn't allow you to eat. Maybe you can eat whenever everyone takes a smoke break. Not being sarcastic; it seems like those guys take a break every hour.

If it were me, id either find a way to eat or be getting a new job.

I love my job, im my own boss, work at my own pace, have cooking essentials for meals and oh yeah, get paid for doing what i love and getting big at the same time.

ok man well if you are pipe fitter or sheet metal worker or an electrician or a plumber there is no reason why you can stop of 5 mins and down a couple of chicken breasts and some brn rice. You can also drink egg whites and that is lean protein. Your union you guys take breaks you dont work straight dont give me that.

Unions are not like they were 20 yrs ago my man. We are still in recession here so I will give it to you.. There are 400 brothers/sisters on the bench un-employed. If you don't make the contractor money and be productive durring the day, your gone...asses and elbows all day and you did mention my trade in your last post. However I'm looking to learn some different alternatives.

there is no alternatives for eating axemurder, i dont know what your looking for? I've worked in the trades and i understand that right now you guys have 60% unemployment but there are breaks at least every two hrs. Drink egg whites, myofusion mixes in a shaker with no clumping, eat quickly, no other remedies i can think of.

i know man, your right about minimal alternatives.

I mean when I'm on gear I grow good, but as I get older I want to get better at my diet..

but supporting the fam comes first no matter what
