Ok I'm looking to do my first cycle here soon for the summer. plan on taking 500 mg test E for 12 weeks along with 50mg/day of anavar for weeks 6-12. I'm looking to prime my diet since everything I have read on it sounds pretty good. So I'm figuring it is low carbs (40% less than normal) for 3 days followed by high carbs (15% higher than normal) for 1 day. I'm just curious if my diet looks good and if the carbs are in the area they should be or if I should reduce them from where they are currently at before priming?

My goal for diet and cycle is to gain around 10 lbs of lean muscle while still burning fat. I feel my carb intake may still be a little high and am curious which meals I should remove the carbs from. Again I am looking to maintain weight while burning fat. I also calculated out my maintenance caloric intake and found it to be a bit over 3000 cal a day so figured 2500 or around there would be ideal to lose some body fat as well as maintain muscle.
