How much oats do you eat in a week?

So, was making a usual oat/egg white shake and thought about how many oats i eat in a week. I make approx 3 oat/egg white shakes a day at 2 cups of oats per shake. This roughly equates to 2 large 2lb10oz (1.20kilo) tubs per week! Thats alot of damn oatmeal. The best part?...it never, ever, gets old! I love this sh!t! And egg whites too!

How much oatmeal do you in eat in a given day/week/month?....and what the hell, egg whites too?

I have 2 metric cups a day usually but more when I get sloppy and run out of other carbs that require real cooking. During such instances, I'll end up eating only oats for a few days straight - as much as 6 cups. I've never thought about it consciously but it really is ridiculous. I can't say I've ever eaten another food in such quantities consistently.

14 cups a week here. Hey gucks where do you buy your powder oats? I think the powder oats would be a lot easier for me since I don't have to use my loud aass blender every morning and this shiyt is making me deaf.

i just pre grind the whole container in the food processer and dump them back into the original container. as far as measurement goes i measured out a cup then ground it and it still measured a cup...hmmm

myprotein.com their mainly europe but free delivery over €120, my fav supp site! €13 for 5kg, their €10 for 5kg in store unground so that extra €3 is definately worth it!

alternatively what some guys dois use a coffee bean grinder (their about €30) and grind their oats in the morning for breakfast.

My Cuisinart destroys just about anything. It powders oats pretty damn well but to be honest, a coffee grinder is the ideal tool for that. I also measured the same portion of oats ground/whole and noticed only a negligible difference.

You could make bread with them

I have just bought some gluten and wheat free flour and im planning to mix it with oats and some other grains to make some decent bread

    Im thinking

    2 cup wheatless flour
    1 cup oats
    1 cup wholegrain wheat flour
    1 cup mixed nuts
    Yeast

I will let u guys know if it goes well
